ABOUT PROJECT

The concept was to exploit the environment and views and let this reflect in the design. The apartment blocks open up towards the sea, the long overhangs and drop blinds reduce the harsh west sun in the evenings but allow full open views throughout the rest of the day. Located on the beach with a view of Le Morne, It is in an ideal setting that captures the turquoise ocean throughout the year.
