ROCKMAN CAPITAL OFFICE REFURBISHMENT

‘Rockman Capital’, an Asset Management firm approached us to do a small office refurbishment. They had found a 76sqm office in a great location overlooking the ‘La Balise Marina’ in Black River, Mauritius. Their brief was to provide something that looks clean and simple whilst appreciating the local atmosphere of being close to the water. We strived to open up the office as much as possible and give a friendly inviting feeling. All private areas were set at the back with a generous sitting area and coffee bar placed right at the front. The inviting layout looking onto the water filled with beautiful Catamarans really makes working in Mauritius an experience to cherish.
