MIXED USE CONCEPT

The client approached us to provide a concept for a ‘Mixed Use’ project in the heart of Mauritius. The outline brief included a shopping mall, hotel, office block and more. The request was for something ‘signature’ and ‘fresh’ to Mauritius. A project that was a pleasure to visualize, it had its challenges due to its context and orientation, but a great first proposal!
